This was a phone visit due to the coronavirus. I was asked to do a video conference for which I did not have the proper equipment, so we did it over the phone. Dr. Anbar Ahmed ordered blood work which I had done this morning at WellStar Acworth Medical Center.

I truly trust Dr. Ahmad and she has excellent bed side manner and I’m very glad and grateful that she’s my endocrinologist and she shows concern for my health and I am so I’m glad that she is my doctor.

Good experience, I was satisfied with my care today.

I’ve been in and out of doctors office since I was a child. That was the most efficient experience I have ever had. From walking in and until I left. I’ve had thyroid disease for 15 years and I walked having more of an understanding about it during my short duration there compared to all those years combined. Doctor Ahmad will be my doctor as long as I remain in GA.

Dr. Ahmad is lovely to work with. She is very informative and answers all my questions before I can voice them. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any one.

Tami in the WellStar Pharmacy is an absolute Gem! She assisted me with care and was very thoughtful. Deante in the lab is the best Phlebotomist that I have ever encountered. I did not eat and was not hydrated because I wasn’t aware of having to take blood work. He was able to access my vein immediately. Very Impressive. I am very grateful for the professionals at Dr. Ahmad’s office from the front desk to her nurse-Brenda and the The Resident on duty Dr. Issak. Dr. Ahmad is a phenomenal Physician with superb listening and comprehension skills.

Overall positive experience. Many relevant suggestions were made to advance my personal health-related and psychological needs. The provider was very empathetic and listened to my concerns and goals.

Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Issac were extremely knowledgeable of my medical history and were very informative.

Dr Ahmad took control of my diabetic care when my a1c was 11.5 two years ago and has guided my treatment to a very controlled maintenance program to a now a1c of 6.8 range for a year and a half. Very hands on and caring Dr.

The lab in this location is horrible. Poorly ran and not one person acknowledge me. Very bad

The visit was fast and short but it took about an hour or more to get the lab work done. I normally go to the Acworth WellStar location for my doctor visits. The lab work there only takes 15 minutes.

Dr Ahmad always explains things well. Why she’s testing, what she’s testing and what she’s looking for. Always concerned with the slightest changes. I was disappointed to hear that Wellstar wouldn’t allow her to treat my son. She’s obviously extremely well trained to do so. It’s just unfortunate because I know how much she’s improved my quality of life. Get with it wellstar.

I don’t think I have ever been welcomed more warmly at any medical appt than Heidi welcomed me. Everything about my visit was positive!

I loved that the doctor spent more time with me than the nurse. She was very thoughtful and explained everything very clearly. She did not rush through the appointment like most doctors and that was appreciated.

She is a good listener and she is patient and takes her time with you. Also seems very knowledgeable.

The Doctor and her assistant, and the young lady at the checkin desk, are all friendly, attentive and helpful, and also are cheerful and positive.

I really like the doctor. I am most of the time when I go to the doctor I go with an attitude of yeah whatever and because I don’t feel like I’m always a partner in my care and so I don’t really listen or pay attention. But with this doctor she was so kind and and had empathy that I just wanted to do everything that she suggested because I felt like she cared about me. So yeah, I really like her.

She was wonderful and caring. She listened to everyrhing that was going on with me and decided to get the proper tests and procedures started to get my health on the right track.

I had the best experience here. From Chaquita in reception to my nurse to Doctor Ahmed. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This is actually my first visit and the doctor actually took the time to talk to me about my weight and symptoms I’ve been dealing with for years. Thank you to the staff for their wonderful care!

I was so pleasantly surprised to have such a caring doctor and staff. Denise went far beyond her duties by walking me to the other part of the cardio department to help me get some samples. This was after hours and she took her own time to assist me – very much appreciated. The doctor was fantastic – very knowledgeable and helpful and I so much appreciated their time and efforts to help me out.

Everything went very well. Dr. Ahmad is knowledgeable, listens to me and is easy to talk to. The only issues I had was that the MA, Brenda, put the blood pressure cuff on my arm upside down, which kept her from getting an accurate reading.

Initial appointment was 4 weeks out (too long) but I was offered a cancellation so no problem. Dr Ahmad was clear in communication and empathetic.

I was very pleased with the service. I’ve been there before. I have great confidence within the within the doctor for all the sheet did for me and told me about so I would recommend you all anyone it was a great experience. Thank you so much.

Dr. Ahmad makes me feel safe. I love that I DON’T feel like a new patient, like some other doctors do. It is important to have a doctor that remembers you and what is happening with. Excellent explanation of my conditions, plainly spoken and was able to answer all my questions about treatment plan.

The doctor was very informed. She did inform me that the appointment was unnecessary because I did not have osteoporosis and I was given incorrect information by the previous physician, but she did assure me that if I had any further questions to give her a call and see apologized for the time that I had to wait and the time that I had to schedule and come in and it was completely unnecessary.

the Doctor and staff where very nice and patient with me. I enjoyed talking to the Doctor because she did not beat around the bush made me feel she was honest and upfront with the answers I peeked for any questions I had. Most of my questions were answer before I needed to ask them. I liked the fact the doctor had a plan to start me with before I left the visit. I brought a friend whom knew more about my illness then I did and he said she was very good at listening and answered all the questions he would have asked. I look forward to my medical relationship with my new doctor.
