After-Hours Support for Emergencies
You'll receive Dr. Ahmad's after-hours number for urgent endocrine concerns that can't wait until morning. The goal: fewer unnecessary ER and urgent care visits. For true emergencies, always call 911 first.
Longer Appointments, No Waiting
Visits start on time with little to no waiting. Appointments are scheduled for roughly 30 minutes — at least twice the length of a traditional endocrine visit — so every question gets the attention it deserves.
You'll Always See Dr. Ahmad
No rotating providers. With rare exceptions, every visit is with Dr. Ahmad. During occasional absences, a trusted colleague will be available for anything urgent.

Insurance & Billing
Your Insurance Still Works Here
The annual membership fee covers the concierge benefits above. Office visits and covered medical services are billed to your insurance as usual.
Commercial Insurance
Dr. Ahmad intends to remain in-network with many insurance plans. Office visits, labs, and covered services are billed to your insurer. You're responsible only for standard deductibles, co-pays, and exclusions. Referrals will prioritize in-network physicians and facilities.
Medicare
Claims are submitted to Medicare and your supplemental insurance on your behalf. The membership fee covers only the enhanced services described on this page — services that are not covered or reimbursed by Medicare.
