Anbar Ahmad, MD
Concierge Endocrinologist
Dr. Anbar Ahmad is a board certified endocrinologist and obesity medicine specialist, who has been practicing in Georgia for the last 10 years.
Dr. Anbar Ahmad’s treatment philosophy is to empower her patients by educating them about their disease. She uses a team based approach with her patients to develop a treatment plan that best suits them and ensures best outcomes. She strives to care for every patient as an individual with their specific treatment goals. Her patients have continuously recognized her for her hands-on style and compassionate treatment of their disease. She has received several awards recognizing her excellence in medical teaching and outstanding patient care.
Amy Labib, FNP-C
Amy Labib is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Amy completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Emory University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Amy is enthusiastic about diabetes and thyroid disorder management and collaborates with patients to create individualized plans of care.
Alexandra Daniel, PA-C
Alexandra Daniel is a board-certified physician assistant with a versatile background in multiple areas of medicine, including dermatology, orthopedics, and endocrinology. She completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Alexandra is passionate about encouraging healthy lifestyle choices alongside diverse forms of medicine. She strongly believes in the power of team collaboration between herself and fellow providers to curate the best patient care possible. Alexandra is particularly dedicated to treating thyroid disorders and diabetes, leveraging her expertise in endocrinology to help patients achieve optimal health.
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exercising. She enjoys these activities, especially when not chasing after her energetic son.
Morgan Richburg, APRN
Morgan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a specialized focus in endocrinology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Disabilities in Society from the University of Florida, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami.
Morgan has been practicing endocrinology since 2021, with particular expertise in diabetes technology and thyroid dysfunction. Before joining North Georgia Endocrinology, she worked as both a nurse practitioner and registered nurse in Miami, Florida.
Morgan is passionate about providing patient-centered, comprehensive care. She believes in empowering patients through education, promoting healthy lifestyle changes, and creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term wellness.
